Which items can be returned, within how long, in what condition, and how the money comes back.

If a member’s order is refunded

Some orders pay bonuses to the members above the buyer. When one of those orders is refunded:

  • The bonuses tied to that order are reversed. They show as reversing rows in each member’s earnings.
  • The PV stays on record. A refund doesn’t take points back.
  • The order stays traceable, with every adjustment linked to it.
